CASE MANAGEMENT - EX-OFFENDERS
Provides emotional support, advice, encouragement, and guidance for individuals who have recently been released from a correctional facility and need help readjusting to the community. Case managers assist individuals in becoming self-sufficient and avoiding re-involvement in criminal activities. Case managers may also work with spouses and other family members. This service is done in coordination with other service providers to help clients obtain self-sufficiency.
